EPITRAN training schools aim at transferring know-how from core Epitran laboratories to PhD students, post-docs, and principal investigators. This includes transferring “wet-lab” expertise to study all aspects of RNA modifications (mapping, functional analysis etc.), as well as bioinfomatics.
In February 2018, EPITRAN organized its first Training School in Nançy (19-22 February): “Training course on Epitranscriptomics NGS-based methods to study RNA modifications”. The organization was led by Prof Yuri Motorin and Prof Mark Helm.
