Thesis: Assessment of the pectinolytic network of Aspergillus niger by functional genomics – Insights from the transcriptome. Received PhD degree in June 2008.
1992 – 1998 Master (MSc) at Plovdiv University “Paisii Hilendarski”, Plovdiv, Bulgaria Specialization in molecular biology and plant biotechnology at the Department of Biology. MSc thesis work was performed at PRI-DLO, Wageningen, The Netherlands supported by personal TEMPUS Fellowship Grant.
Thesis: Developing of hybrid B.t. genes, expression of their products in Escherichia coli and bioassay. Received MSc degree in July 1999.
